3 Quick Apply Full-time 4 hours ago Full Job Description Van Buren County Hospital is currently seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our Hospitalist and ED teams.
The position includes primary hospitalist duties in conjunction with the overseeing physician and will also provide call coverage as the secondary provider for the ED.
While on call, the provider must be within 45 minutes of the hospital at all times.
The position will be on a 7 days on - 7 days off rotation.
Experience as a hospitalist on a medical/surgical unit and experience in an ED is required and must also be willing to learn new skills.
The right candidate must have a strong desire to provide high quality care in our rural community, be a team player, strong communicator and have an attitude of service such that our patients will have an exceptional experience in time of need.
